My name is Misbah Asum and I am currently 18 years of age . I am a student at SOAS University of London and am looking to study Law at undergraduate education .
Past
Initially I envisioned myself studying human rights and international law as world crisis and human right violations are so prevelant in the current world climate without many people who have the educational background to make a difference standing up for the human disregard occurring
Present
Currently I am enrolled in the SOAS Business , Law , Economics and Finance Foundation year . Next year I look to join the Law undergraduate study as I would like to pursue a career in Human Rights Law . I also currently work a retail job at John Lewis to gain customer experience and build my skills in adapting my approach to different situations .
Future
I am extremely passionate about making a difference to the world crisis’ happening at the moment such as the Muslim genocide in China as well as Israel’s constant bombardment and takeover of palestine . Therefore I hope to be successful in my degree and move into a human rights career in Law in order to push my ambitions into reality.
